• We’re not responsible for any damage or issues that may occur while installing parts or using any items purchased from our shop. 
• We’ll always do our best to guide you if you need help, but we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to assist with every situation. Please keep that in mind when making a purchase.

Return Policy:

• All items include a 14-day return policy, unless otherwise noted.
• Items showing signs of tampering, part swapping, or other modifications will not be eligible for a refund.
• We offer  just contact us with your order number to start the return process.
• No returns will be accepted after the 14-day window from the original sale date.

Restocking Fees:

• We don’t usually charge a restocking fee for approved returns on in-stock items. However, we reserve the right to charge up to 25% on any non-defective or special order return.

Shipping Policy:

• We ship orders Monday through Friday via UPS.
• Once your package is picked up by the carrier, we no longer have control over delivery times. Please be patient and refer to your tracking info.

Damaged Merchandise:

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Be ready to provide photo/video proof of said damage.
