Return Policy:
- All items come with a 14 day return policy, unless otherwise specified.
- Any items that show signs of tampering, part swapping, etc will NOT be eligible for a refund.
- FREE Return Shipping. Please contact us to start the return process. Be sure to include your Order Number.
- No returns will be accepted after the allotted days from the sales date.
Restocking Fees:
- We don't normally charge a restocking fee for authorized returns on in stock items, but I do reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking charge for any non-defective return or any special order part.
Customs/Duty Fees:
- In no event will we be liable for any customs, taxes, tariffs or duty fees associated with your purchase from our website. If you are outside the USA you may be required to pay those. It is up to you as the buyer to research what requirements are in your country.
Shipping Policy:
- We ship out Monday-Friday.
- Orders will ship via USPS or UPS
- Once package has been dropped off and/or picked up by the carrier, WE ARE NO LONGER responsible for the time it takes to get to you. That is out of OUR control.
Damaged Merchandise:
- Should any package appear to be damaged at the time of delivery, a claim for damage must be promptly made so that we can get the situation handled.
- Contact us immediately and include your Order Number.
