Due to the size and space requirements of keyboard repairs, I am no longer able to accept keyboard servicing at my shop. However you can contact  Audio Lab of Georgia at www.audiolabga.com.

There is a non refundable deposit of $75 required up front. That payment goes towards the final invoice. Repair services are billed at half hour and 1 hour increments.  My bench labor fee is also rated at $75/hr.


No you will need to pay for the parts plus applicable sale taxes. I cover up to $100 in parts. Anything over $100 will REQUIRE a payment upfront for the entire amount. 


If you are bringing in a device that has internal user data or has cards/media installed its your responsibility to backup your data. Some repairs will require a factory reset so keep that in mind. I  will also advise of that before any factory resets. 


Yes I do offer discounts for anyone who has performed at Auxigen ATL. Just be able to provide proof. Use code AUXIGENATL for a $25 off discount when booking your appointment.

At this time I am not an authorized warranty center so its best to reach out to the manufacture for a qualified repair center. 


But I am an authorized 3rd party repair center for Akai Professional, Alesis, and, M-Audio.


All repairs come with a 45 day warranty. Warranty is voided if item is intentionally damaged or signs of tampering are shown. Click here to read the policy. 

If you provide your own parts I DO NOT guarantee parts only labor. 


Without having your device on the bench it's hard to stay. Most repairs can be completed in a few days while others could take weeks. I will always communicate the expected wait time for your device based on parts needed, current queue, and the actual issue. 


I allow 45 days for gear pickup. If after 45 days you have not attempted to pick up your item(s) you will be charged a $15 storage fee per month. Once item has been at the shop for 6 months it then becomes the property of CoCo The Geek. You will have to pay resale value to get your item back. 


I am available by APPOINTMENT ONLY on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.


I work out of a private home shop but offer gear drop off/pick ups at nearby meetup spot which is outside of  a local commercial building(address provided once service is booked).


All services must be SCHEDULED or given approval!

As a small shop I do not have time to take calls as I am working to get your gear fixed. Its best to email me or you can always text me at 404-750-4940. You will not be able to call as it will go to an answering machine so please save yourself the time and contact me here on the website or shoot a text.

Not local to Atlanta but still need to get your gear serviced? We can assist!

When mailing in your item we recommend  buying a label from  Pirate Ship as its  typically cheaper. You are financially responsible for your item being shipped in to us along with the cost of return shipping. 


WE DO NOT COVER shipping unless its a return to us due to something we did wrong. 


Make sure to package item very well and INSURE your product. We are NOT responsible for damaged and uninsured packages arriving to our shop. 


If you decide to provide your own label once item has been shipped email us your tracking number.
