- Local and Mail In Repairs Accepted *
- Repairs are accepted by availability only
- I reserve the right to decline any repair after inspection.
- I only work on gear in my shop on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, & Select Saturdays.
- A non refundable diagnostic fee of $89 is REQUIRED upfront before item is accepted. The payment does go towards your final bill. This cost is PER ITEM.
- If you need services completed quicker you can pay $59 for rush service .
- Repairs come with a 45 day warranty.
*Customer responsible for shipping costs to and from for mail in repairs.
I offer services focused on restoring non-working gear and core functionality which includes:
- Units that will not power on
- Power supply and power rail issues
- Power board recaps (evaluated case-by-case)
- Faulty or worn faders
- Faulty or worn pots
- Faulty or worn pads
- Broken or intermittent jacks
- Broken or faulty USB ports
- Failed switches
- Basic component-level repairs
(capacitors, resistors, diodes, regulators, transistors, etc.)
To keep repairs cost-effective and sustainable, I do not offer the following services:
- Cosmetic repairs(heavily damaged gear)
- Extensive board swaps where parts are unavailable or cost-prohibitive
- Repairs requiring high-cost parts with low repair value
- Jobs previously worked on that show excessive damage or poor prior repairs.
