CTG, based in Atlanta, GA, provides professional repair services for Akai MPCs, Alesis ADAT machines, Boss/Roland SPs, and Sony DAT machines. 

• All repairs are evaluated with a no upfront repair charge. 
• Your unit will be placed on the bench, diagnosed, and an estimate will be provided before any repair work is performed and if accepted you will pay after services are rendered.
• If a repair is declined or the unit is deemed non-repairable, a $39 handling fee applies, plus return shipping (if applicable). 
• Items not paid for within 30 days or less will become the property of CoCo The Geek, LLC. 
• Customers may also choose to donate the unit in lieu of return shipping/pickup which will waive the $39 handling fee .
• Repairs come with a 45 Day Warranty!

To keep shop costs low and service at a high standard we are limiting the items we accept and focusing on the items we have a high success rate at fixing, sourcing parts, and/or have access to service manuals. 

• All local and mail in repairs require checkout on the website. 
• Local customers  can drop off or pick up equipment by appointment
• Mail in customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from. 

• Due to limited manufacturer support and parts availability, we no longer accept Alesis drum modules in for repair.
• We will continue to service the Alesis SamplePad Pro and MultiStrike Pad.
