Warranty policy

Thank you for choosing CoCo The Geek, LLC for your music production gear repairs. We take pride in the quality of our work and offer a 45-Day Limited Warranty on all repairs performed.


Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts used during the original repair, under normal use, for a period of 45 days from the service completion date.


What’s Covered:

  • Free re-repair or replacement of any part we serviced that fails due to our work or defective components.
  • Technical support for issues directly related to the original repair.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Any new or unrelated problems not part of the original repair.
  • Damage due to misuse, spills, accidents, power surges, unauthorized modifications, or external causes.
  • Wear and tear or issues from accessories or external gear not serviced by us.
  • Parts provided by the customer. 

How to Make a Warranty Claim:
Contact us at support@cocothegeek.com with your original repair invoice number and a description of the problem. Warranty claims must be initiated within 45 days of the original repair service completion date.

NOTICE

Effective Immediately:

THE SHOP WILL BE TAKEN A BREAK FROM ACCEPTING NEW REPAIRS UNTIL ABOUT MID JULY 2025. 


If you need assistance right away check out our referral list of techs.

Due to the size and space requirements of keyboards repairs, we are no longer able to accept these items at our facility.

Items currently in queue or repairs booked in advance will be handled in shop.
