Thank you for choosing CoCo The Geek for your music production gear repairs. We take pride in the quality of our work and offer a 45-Day Limited Warranty on all repairs we perform.

Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts used during the original repair, under normal use, for 45 days from the date the service was completed.

What’s Covered:

• Free re-repair or replacement of any parts we provided and/or services that failed due to our work or defective components.
   
• Technical support for issues directly related to the original repair.
   

What’s Not Covered:

• New or unrelated problems not part of the original repair.
   
• Damage caused by misuse, spills, accidents, power surges, unauthorized modifications, or other external factors.
   
• Wear and tear or issues from accessories or external gear I did not service.
   
• Parts provided by the customer.
   

How to Make a Warranty Claim:
Please contact us at support@cocothegeek.com with your original repair invoice number and a description of the problem. Warranty claims must be initiated within 45 days of the original repair completion date.
