Not local to Atlanta but still need to get your gear serviced? We can assist!
Feel free to submit an inquiry below to see if your item qualifies for mail in services.
Please note there is a non refundable fee of $65 required upfront. That payment goes towards the final bill.
Once you have been given the ok you can make your payment below and mail in your item at your convenience.
When mailing in your item we recommend buying a label from Pirate Ship as its typically cheaper.
We recommend FedEx or UPS but USPS is accepted.
Make sure to package item very well and INSURE your product. We are NOT responsible for damaged and uninsured packages.
Once item has been shipped email us your tracking number.
It's that simple! But, of course if you have questions we are here to assist!
When payment clears you will receive an email with the mailing address and the work order # needed to put on the box.
Gear Accepted For Mail In Repairs:
A $65 non refundable diagnostic fee is required upfront before gear can be mailed in. The $65 will apply to your final invoice once services have been completed.
