The shop is currently at full capacity, and I will be pausing all new repair intakes until January 6, 2026. This extended break will allow time to complete existing repairs, clear the current queue, and prepare for the new year. Every customer’s gear deserves proper time and attention, and this pause ensures that standard is maintained. If prior arrangements were made before this announcement they will still be honored accordingly.
In the meantime please use my Referral Tech page to find a tech that maybe able to assist you or if you are cool with waiting I will gladly be ready to assist in the New Year!
There is a non refundable deposit of $100 required up front. That payment goes towards the final invoice. My bench labor fee is $100/hr. Any work requiring more than 1 hour you will be contacted with an estimate before the work starts.
Unless stated in the service you will need to pay for the parts plus applicable sale taxes. I cover up to $100 in parts. Anything over $100 will REQUIRE a payment upfront for the entire amount or you have the option to buy the parts and have them delivered to me.
If you are bringing in a device that has internal user data or has cards/media installed its your responsibility to backup your data. Some repairs will require a factory reset so keep that in mind. I will also advise of that before any factory resets.

Yes I do! You are responsible for getting the item shipped to me. You will be billed for return shipping or you can email me a return label.
All repairs come with a 45 day warranty. Warranty is voided if item is intentionally damaged or signs of tampering are shown. Click here to read the policy.
If you provide your own parts I DO NOT guarantee parts only labor.
Without having your device on the bench it's hard to stay. Most repairs can be completed in a few days while others could take weeks. I will always communicate the expected wait time for your device based on parts needed, current queue, and the actual issue.
I allow 45 days for gear pickup. If after 45 days you have not attempted to pick up your item(s) you will be charged a $15 storage fee per month. Once item has been at the shop for 6 months it then becomes the property of CoCo The Geek. You will have to pay resale value to get your item back.
I am available by Appointment Only on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Saturdays.
*Saturday is a drop off/pickup day .All repair work is performed on Mondays and Wednesdays.
I work out of a private home shop but offer gear drop off/pick ups at nearby meetup spot which is outside of a local commercial building(address provided once service is booked) in Grant Park.
As a small shop I do not have time to take calls as I am working to get your gear fixed. Its best to email me or you can always text me at 404-750-4940. You will not be able to call as it will go to an answering machine so please save yourself the time and contact me here on the website or shoot a text.
