I offer limited repair services focused on restoring non-working gear and core functionality which includes:

• Units that will not power on
• Power supply and power rail issues
• Power board recaps (evaluated case-by-case)
• Faulty or worn faders
• Faulty or worn pots
• Faulty or worn pads
• Broken or intermittent jacks
• Broken or faulty USB ports
• Failed switches
• Basic component-level repairs
  (capacitors, resistors, diodes, regulators, transistors, etc.)

To keep repairs cost-effective and sustainable, I do not offer the following services:

• Screen / LCD replacements
• Storage upgrades or installs
  (CF, SSD, HDD, USB mods, etc.)
• Cosmetic repairs
• Firmware or software troubleshooting
• Extensive board swaps where parts are unavailable or cost-prohibitive
• Repairs requiring high-cost parts with low repair value
• Jobs previously worked on that show excessive damage or poor prior repairs

Gear Accepted:

• Audio Interfaces
• Digital Recorders (no tape based decks)
• Drum Machines
• Drum Modules
• MIDI Controllers (no keyboards)
• Rack-Mounted Gear (solid-state only — no amps)
• Samplers
• Sequencers

I do not accept Amps, DJ Gear, Guitar Equipment, Keyboards, Microphones, Mixers, or Speakers.

Repair Payment Information:

• To inquire about repair services fill out the repair form. 
• Local and Mail In Repairs Accepted *
• All repairs require a non refundable $50 diagnostic fee  upfront. (Does not include cost of parts)
• Diagnostic fee is credited toward approved repair work
• Some simple repairs may be completed during diagnostics
• Repairs are accepted by availability only
• I reserve the right to decline any repair after inspection
• Repairs come with a 45 day warranty. 

*Customer responsible for shipping costs to and from for mail in repairs.
